Selected by the Sacramento Kings in the first round (first pick overall) of the 1989 NBA Draft.
Traded by the Kings to the Washington Bullets in a three-way deal in which the Bullets sent Jeff Malone to the Utah Jazz and the Jazz sent Bobby Hansen, Eric Leckner, and 1990 first- and second-round draft choices to the Kings on 6/25/90; the Jazz also received a 1990 second-round draft choice from the Kings, and the Kings received a 1991 second-round draft choice from the Bullets.
Signed as free agent by the Boston Celtics on 8/1/94.
