COLLEGIATELY: Named Big East Player of the Year and First Team AP All-American as a sophomore…Led the Hoyas in scoring and rebounding with 16.2 points and 7.5 rebounds per game as a sophomore and a share of the Big East regular season championship…Helped lead the Hoyas to a 25-7 record and a number two seed in the 2013 NCAA Tournament…Selected as a John R. Wooden All-American and a finalist for the Wooden Award and Naismith Trophy…Was the only unanimous selection to the All-Big East Conference First Team… Was named the Big East Player of the Week three times during the 2012-13 season, including a streak of three-straight honors, marking the first time a BIG EAST player had won the award in three-straight weeks since the 2003 season…Scored a career-high 33 points in a win at Syracuse (2/23/13)…Averaged 18.1 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, while shooting .498 from the field, .441 from three-point range and .807 from the free-throw in Big East play during his sophomore campaign.
