Named Honorable Mention All-America by the Associated Press and First Team All-Pacific Coast Conference as a junior ... Named to the NABC District 14 First Team and to the All-Pac-10 Academic Team ... Injuries forced him to miss 28 games during his freshman and sophomore seasons ... As a junior, averaged 16.9 points and a team-high 11.4 rebounds (3rd in nation) and 2.9 blocks and became only the ninth player in school history to average double figures in rebounds ... As a freshman, finished second on the team in blocks with 42, the sixth-best single-season total in school history, despite missing final 11 games.
