His playing time was sporadic throughout the season, making appearances in 31 of 82 games and one in the final 21 games…after a seven-minute stint in the game at Houston, 3/5, he was in uniform just five times the rest of the season--drawing DNP-CDs at San Antonio, 3/6, at Cleveland, 3/8, vs. Charlotte, 3/19, and at New Jersey, 3/26..making his first appearance in more than a month, and a string of 20 straight games on the bench, he capped 2007-08 by scoring as many points as he had in his previous six appearances combined with 12 points on 5-7 FGS and 2-3 FTS vs. New York, 4/16…his five field goals against the Knicks tied his most this season and he added two assists with a rebound…beginning the day after Christmas, he played in eight straight games and logged double-digit minutes in the last seven of those…in those eight games, he averaged 7.8 ppg, 2.3 rpg and 2.0 apg…he had four assists in the Pacers' win vs. the Hawks, 1/4…that effort came during a 22-game stretch in which he made 16 appearances and handed out two or more assists 12 times…in those 16 appearances, he averaged 2.3 apg and had at least three assists five times…he came off the bench to contribute a season-high five assists at Miami 1/26…in that game against the Heat, he added 13 points and four rebounds…for the season, he averaged 1.5 rpg and had two or more boards 12 times…at Detroit, 2/13, he tied for the team lead with a career-high six rebounds off the bench...he had three other games with at least four rebounds, grabbing four at Charlotte, 12/31, and at Miami, 1/26, and collecting five in the Pacers win vs. Golden State, 1/16...he made seven starts for the Pacers, including five straight from 12/29 to 1/6...he had more points (58) and steals (7) in seven starts than he had in 23 games as a reserve…as a starter, he averaged 8.3 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 2.6 apg and 1.0 spg...he claimed two steals in each of his first three starts and had two thefts in a total of four games…he shot a team-best 46.2 percent from 3-pt range (18-39) for the season...including 8-10 in his first three starts, he hit 14-23 (.609) from long distance as a starter...after going 0-3 from 3-pt range at Detroit 12/28, he connected on 9-15 in his next three games and scored 10+ points in each of those three games…against the Bobcats, he scored a career-high tying 15 points on 5-6 from beyond the arc...scoring in double figures in a Pacers' uniform for the first time, he had 10 points on 3-4 FGS, 2-2 3-pt FGS and 2-2 FTS vs. Detroit, 12/29…vs. Memphis, 1/2, he scored 11 points on 3-10 FGS, 2-7 3-pt FGS and 3-4 FTS...following that game with the Grizzlies, he scored in double figures just two more times the rest of the season--including 13 at Miami, 1/26, and 10 points at Detroit, 2/13...including 19 of the first 40 games, he drew 30 DNP-CDs and was on the inactive list for 20 games...he was the first native Hoosier to play for the Pacers since Randy Wittman in 1992.
2006-07:
Waived by Golden State during training camp, he played all 50 games for the Anaheim Arsenal of the NBA Development League, starting 43...in seven games off the bench, he averaged 16.1 points, compared to 16.7 ppg as a starter...but, he shot much better from the field as a reserve than in his starts...in eight outings off the bench he shot better than 50 percent from the floor (47-93, .505) and better than 40 percent from 3-pt range (9-22, .409)...as a starter, he shot less than 44 percent from the floor (232-529, .439) and less than 30 percent (36-122, .295) from behind the 3-pt arc...for the season, he was third on the team with an average of 16.6 ppg and in assists with an average of 3.2 apg...his scoring average ranked 16th best in the NBDL...he was one of the top rebounding guards in the league and was second on his team with an average of 5.7 rpg...he scored in double figures 44 times and hit for 20+ points 13 times -- including four games of 30 or more points...in just his third game in the league, he scored 19 points and collected a season-high 14 rebounds vs. Arkansas, 11/28, for the first of his five double-doubles on the season...he had consecutive double-doubles in the first two games of February, both vs. Sioux Falls...in the first of those two games, 2/2, he scored a season-best 35 points and grabbed 11 rebounds...seven of those 11 rebounds came on the offensive end and that was his only outing with more than three offensive boards all season...he hauled in 10+ rebounds six times...he led the Arsenal in scoring six times, rebounding 10 times and in assists 14 times...he handed out five or more assists 10 times, including a season-high seven twice...in his first D-League game, he scored just two points on 1-14 from the floor...but, in that game, he led the team with seven assists and collected a team-best three steals...one of two Arsenal players with 50+ steals on the season, he was second on the team with 53 and his average of 1.06 ranked 31st in the league...he had multiple steals 13 times and registered a season-best four thefts in a 114-106 win vs. Arkansas, 2/26.
2005-06:
An undrafted rookie, appeared in 23 games, averaging 3.0 points and 0.9 rebounds in 9.1 minutes per game … Missed final 36 games of season (2/3-4/19) following surgery to repair a stress fracture, left tibia … Registered 12 DNP-CDs … Made two starts (11/14 vs. New York, 11/15 at Sacramento) … Inactive seven straight games (1/3-1/16) … Saw first action in 14 games (9 Inactives, 5 DNP-CDs), scoring three points at Denver 1/20 … Tallied 11 points in 10 minutes vs. L.A.
