Detroit and Ticketmaster Team Up to Offer Fans the Opportunity to Get Their Playoff Tickets Delivered "Fast and Free"

(AUBURN HILLS), April 10 - The Detroit Pistons and Ticketmaster, the world’s leading ticketing and access company, will offer fans the opportunity to use Ticketmaster's latest ticket delivery system, ticketfast, at no additional cost to purchasers for Detroit Pistons games during the 2002 NBA Playoffs. Fans purchasing individual playoff tickets on pistons.com and ticketmaster.com for games in Auburn Hills with ticketfast will be given the option to use the service to have their tickets delivered immediately to their computer via email or the Internet.
To use ticketfast, fans purchase their playoff tickets on Ticketmaster.com and select ticketfast as their delivery method. After the ticket purchase is confirmed, the customer has the option of having the tickets delivered immediately to their email account or can view and print their tickets from the Internet. ticketfast tickets are authenticated at the venue using Ticketmaster's proprietary FanTM barcode system.
Fans can access the ticketfast service through pistons.com or by directly logging onto ticketmaster.com.
Tickets can be also be purchased at the Palace box office, 1-800-4NBA-Tix and Ticketmaster outlets.
