There's no better atmosphere in the NBA than at The Palace when the Pistons are playing and winning big games. Our long-time season ticketholders know the thrill of that experience. They've seen what made the Pistons one of the NBA's greatest franchises. That's our mission - returning the Pistons to title contention and creating electricity at The Palace again.

We're going to make your experience more special than ever, too. As a Pistons season ticket holder, you'll be granted exclusive privileges and treated to unparalleled service as members of Pistons Black or Pistons Red. Wear your eye-catching Pistons On-Court Jacket, issued only to Black and Red members, to get 20 percent off Palace concessions and 30 percent off merchandise through the jacket's embedded microchip. Our Tipoff Party will become a red-letter date on your calendar, a night to remember filled with first-rate entertainment and wonderful surprises.

We aim to make the Pistons best in class. That means on the court and in the communities where our fans live and work. Momentum is building toward that goal.

On the court, we've all seen Lawrence Frank's impact. In Greg Monroe and Brandon Knight, we've drafted franchise cornerstones. Rodney Stuckey and Jonas Jerebko continue to get better and better, and we're going to add more young talent in the off-season - players who will help us restore the culture that produced the two great eras of Pistons basketball and made The Palace a place that sent our fans home thrilled all those years.

Q: I own 4 full season tickets, how many jackets am I eligible to receive?
A: The number of jackets you are eligible for is determined by your plan type as well as the number of seats in your account. Specifically, here's how jackets are allocated:
  • 100-Level full suite members receive 8 jackets
  • 100-Level half suite members receive 4 jackets
  • 200 & 300-Level full suite members receive 6 jackets
  • 200-300-Level half suite members receive 3 jackets
  • Full season ticket members receive 1 jacket per seat - up to a maximum of 4 jackets
  • Half season ticket members receive 1 jacket per pair of seats - up to a maximum of 2 jackets
Accounts with multiple plan types will be allocated jackets based on the largest plan type.

Q: How will I be able to determine what size jacket(s) best fits my needs?
A: We want you to wear your jacket with pride and ensuring your jacket fits properly is important. We will be communicating more details in regards to sizing in the future.

Q: What happens if I misplace my jacket?
A: These jackets are specially-made just for Pistons season ticket members. As a result, we cannot guarantee the availability of replacement jackets.

Q: Must I bring my jacket to each game in order to enjoy my discounts at the concession stands and Locker Room Store?
A: Although we would enjoy seeing the arena full of Pistons season ticket members proudly wearing their jackets at every game, we understand that isn't always possible. As a result, we will be providing each season ticket member account one key card FOB which when scanned at a concession stand or merchandise store will allow you to enjoy your special discount on those games you choose not to bring your member-only jacket.

Q: Are there women's sizes available for the jacket?
A: Yes. Jackets will be available in both men's cut and women's cut styles. In addition, each cut style will be available in small, medium, large, X-large and XX-large.

Q: When will I receive my jacket(s)?
A: We have tentative plans to distribute jackets at the season ticket member-only Tip-off Party scheduled for October. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your jacket in time to wear it and enjoy the concession and merchandise discount savings starting with the first pre-season game.

Q: What happens if the micro-chip malfunctions while I'm attempting to purchase concessions at the game?
A: This technology is widely used in other industries and has proven to be very reliable. Each micro-chip will undergo a thorough quality assurance process before we make them available to you. As a result, we expect few problems of this kind. In the event an isolated problem does occur, we do have plans to quickly react in a way which will cause little or no disruption of your full use of your discount privileges.

Q: I'd like to purchase additional jackets. Is this possible?
A: These jackets are a limited-run and we don't anticipate being able to offer season ticket members with the opportunity to purchase additional jackets.

Q: I'm pleased with my current season ticket package, however I'd like to learn how I can improve my seat location within my current price category. How can I do this?
A: We plan to host a Relocation Event and Open House at The Palace in the coming months following the renewal process, which will allow renewed season ticket members to view seat locations that are available for upgrades and relocations. More information will be communicated about this event when it becomes available.

Q: I'd like to maintain my status as a Pistons season ticket member, however my current ticket package no longer meet my needs. What options are available to me?
A: Our primary goal is to help you maintain your status as a season ticket member. Please feel free to contact us as soon as you receive your renewal package and we can discuss with you all the options available to you.
