TRAINING CAMP INCLUDES:
- Four days of instruction, games, contests & player evaluation

- All players will be grouped according to age and skill level
CAMP PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
- Warm-up / Stretching / Conditioning
- Skill development stations (ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, rebounding)
- Daily contests / Trophies (Knock-Out, Beat the Pro, Host Shot, Free Throws)
- Full court games (5 on 5, 3 on 3)
- Special Pistons / Shock guest speakers
