Palace Sports and Entertainment is committed to making your travel to The Palace of Auburn Hills as stress-free as possible. The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) are widening Walton Boulevard from Perry Street to Squirrel Road (including the intersection at M-24 Lapeer Road.) This project will widen Walton to 5 lanes including the construction of a new bridge over I-75. For those fans who normally travel Walton to M-24 Lapeer Road, we are suggesting two alternate routes.

CLOSURE DATES: March - November 2008

ALTERNATE ROUTES:
From Walton, turn left onto Squirrel Road. Turn right onto University Drive. Turn right onto Opdyke Road. Turn left onto Pontiac Road. Turn right onto Perry Street. Perry turns into Lapeer Road.

From Walton, turn right onto Squirrel Road. Turn left onto Dutton Road. Turn left onto Lapeer Road.
