2. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Ultimate Crew Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on October 1, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on November 2, 2007 at 11:59 P.M, Eastern Standard Time. Entry is automatic for current Pistons Season Plan Holders. Including Full, Half and Mini plan holders and Suite holders. Entries become the property of Glass Palace, LLC and will not be returned. 3. Drawing and Notification: Potential winners will be randomly selected in a drawing from among all eligible entries. Drawing will take place daily on weekdays only and shall be conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. Potential winners will be notified on the website, www.nba.com/pistons/crew. If any potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected at sole discretion of Glass Palace, LLC. All prizes will be distributed by Palace Sports and Entertainment employees. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Glass Palace, LLC’s decisions on matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Unless stated, prizes do not include ground transportation, meals, taxes, tips and incidentals. Winner must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older. Limit one prize per person, no prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Sweepstakes reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value as necessary. All Prizes are non transferable. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

6. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE: Prizes will be awarded by mail or may be picked up in person. Winner must claim winnings in person and must present proper identification in order to receive winnings. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winner agrees that Sponsors, the National Basketball Association and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc. may use their name or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. All winners will be drawn randomly by Glass Palace, LLC representative.

7. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the state of Michigan and must be 18 years or older. Employees of Glass Palace, LLC, Detroit Pistons or the National Basketball Association and it’s Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. (NBA) their immediate families, their respective subsidiaries, agents’ affiliates, franchisees, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to win. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Entrants waive the right to assert, as a cost of receiving prize, any and all costs of redemption.
