Club Announces Early Renewal Discounts By May 1, A New 10-Payment Plan Option As Well As The Opportunity For Free Upgrades On Seats
Pistons to Lower Season Ticket Prices for 2009-10 Season
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. The Detroit Pistons announced today that the club will lower all season ticket prices for the 2009-10 NBA season. Season ticket holders who renew season tickets and pay in-full by May 1 will save at least 10% from last season. Additional ways to save include taking part in a newly-developed 10-payment plan or by taking advantage of a free upgrade option on seats.
As an organization, we understand how fortunate we are to have such a loyal season ticket holder base, said Tom Wilson, President of Palace Sports and Entertainment and the Pistons. The economic situation here in Michigan is difficult right now and we feel we need to do our part to respond to the stresses that have been placed on everyone in this region. This is about responding to the needs of our fans our stakeholders.
