Ohhhh boy…Big Boy! – a Double-Decker Original, a Slim Jim, strawberry or vanilla shakes -- guests can get a taste of all of their hometown favorites from the guy in the red and white checkered overalls and the black curl on his forehead. That’s right, the Comcast Pavilion has a fully stocked Big Boy stand. The only thing that isn’t at the stand, is the ever-popular Big Boy statue, located outside every restaurant.
Cuba libre and a Cuba wiener – one of the most popular stands at the Comcast Pavilion is sponsored by Bacardi. The oval-shaped bar serves frozen concoctions in ultra-large sizes and eight different flavors. The BB (Bacardi Bar) is also home to the Triple P – Pistons Power Punch, a delicious blend of frozen cherry, tropical blend, blue raspberry and Bacardi rum. And what goes better with frozen drinks than…HOT DOGS! Specialty dogs, to be exact, in six different flavors: the Atlanta, the Chicago, the Memphis, the Miami, the New York and, of course, the Detroit. Chili, onions and mustard are the distinctive toppings on the Detroiter (what else), but you will have to belly up to the Bacardi bar for the other wiener creations.
Perfect hub for b’dubs – you’ve got your beer, you’ve got your popcorn, you’ve got your hot dog…but something’s missing. Of course, it’s wings! Stop off at the Comcast Pavilion and order your wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. Choose from regular wings and boneless wings along with four of BWW’s famous sauces: mild, honey barbeque, spicy garlic and Caribbean jerk.
Red Bull gives you game – located at the corner of the Comcast Pavilion, the Red Bull Bar mixes the best stimulants and depressants. From Jager bombs and Red Bull and vodkas to straight Red Bull on ice, guests can belly up and get the energy needed to scream DEEE-TROIT BASKETBALL all night long. And if you don’t feel like going into the arena to watch the game, the Red Bull bar has big screen, HD TVs. Come before the game or stay late after the game at the bar – there’s great people watching, both inside and outside the Comcast Pavilion.
