Detroit Pistons and Detroit Area Chevy Dealers Sign Three-Year Renewal Deal
Partners since 2002, the recently signed deal outlines the renewal of Chevrolet’s fully-integrated sponsorship including internal and external promotion of the Chevrolet brand during Pistons home games, television spots during Pistons telecasts, and in-arena car displays.
“Our relationship with Chevrolet has been strong for many years,” said Tom Wilson, president and CEO of Palace Sports & Entertainment. “Chevy is an obvious leader in the automotive industry, but more than that, they are an internationally-recognized brand with a solid reputation for being a consistent innovator and performer. We see a natural connection between our two brands, not only based upon organization’s similar philosophies but also our natural association with the Motor City. We anticipate that this relationship will to continue to be beneficial to both parties.”
Pistons fans will have the opportunity to check out Chevrolet’s newest models with two vehicle displays within The Palace.
