TICKET INFORMATION

How do I get Pistons tickets?

How can I buy tickets to individual games?

Individual game tickets will go on sale Saturday, October 9th at 1:00 p.m. and will be available for purchase online by clicking here or through the box office at The Palace of Auburn Hills and TicketMaster outlets. Tickets will also available for purchase over the phone through TicketMaster (248) 645-6666 and The Palace Box Office (248) 377-0100.

What are the Palace Box Office hours?

Non-event days:
Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday - Closed.

Event days:
Monday through Sunday - 9 a.m. to 30 minutes after the event.

How can I organize a group outing?

Booking your group is easy. Simply gather 15 or more friends, family members, co-workers, customers, or members of your organization, pick a game, give us a call at (248) 371-2055 and we will help you with the rest! Click here for more information.

How can my basketball team play on the Pistons floor before a Pistons game?

You can have 1 1/2 hours of court time prior to a Pistons game for your youth group, basketball team, employees, etc. to experience the excitement of playing on The Palace floor. Click here or call (248) 371-2055 for more information.


DONATIONS & PLAYER APPEARANCES

How can my non-profit organization request donation items and player appearances from the Detroit Pistons?

This following policy applies for all requests for player appearances as well as any donation requests such as tickets, prizes, giveaways, auction and raffle items:

All requests or proposals must be submitted in writing on the school’s or organization’s letterhead at least 6 weeks prior to the event

The Pistons provide fundraising resources to help raise funds for non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations in the state of Michigan each season.

The Pistons Community Relations Department will make every effort to process your request within 1-2 weeks prior to your event. All decisions made by the Pistons Community Relations Department are final

BIRTHDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS

How can I have my birthday announced at a Pistons game?

We require a $50.00 donation* to the Pistons Palace Foundation. The Pistons Palace Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Pistons makes grants to activities that focus on the needs of youths, particularly those that are mentally, physically and economically challenged. Please include the name of the birthday person and the date you would like it announced on Palacevision. Requests must be received at least one week in advance. Any other questions please contact feedback@palacenet.com

The Palace Grille
The Palace Grille is the ideal place to begin your exciting night of entertainment before any concert or sporting event at The Palace of Auburn Hills. The Palace Grille is open before all major events at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Located inside of The Palace on the Club level near the East Entrance. The Palace Grille is easily accessible and only minutes away from any suite or seat in The Palace. Reservations are recommended for the Palace Grille, please call (248) 377-8454.

The Terrace Club
Experience the sights and sounds of The Palace of Auburn Hills at the Terrace Club before heading off to any event. Located in the heart of the action easy access above the East Entrance on the concourse level, the contemporary design and smoke-free environment of the Terrace Club is the ultimate place to host a distinctive dining experience. The Terrace Club also features a full-service bar, which remains open throughout most of the events and is home to WWJ's 'Pistons Perspective' after all home Pistons games. Suite Catering
Enjoy the lavish catering and professional service available to you in your luxurious suite at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Featuring an all-encompassing menu certain to please all suite guests attending any event at The Palace from prime-rib of beef to chicken tenders and baby-back ribs. Our suite menu also provides a selection of menu items prepared with little or no added fat they are designated by a heart symbol throughout the menu. The Suite Sensations menu offers a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including an extensive wine selection to be ordered nightly or set-up on our par-bar ordering system.

Palace Concessions
Palace concessions provides a traditional fare menu consisting of hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, jumbo soft pretzels and more. Also served are specialty food items including Domino's pizza, hot wings and breadsticks, BBQ pork sandwiches and chicken caesar and southwestern wraps. TV/RADIO BROADCAST

On what television stations are the Pistons games broadcast?

The Detroit Pistons announced that WDWB-TV Channel 20, Detroit, WDIV-TV 4 and FSN Detroit will televise a combined 72 of the team’s 82 regular-season games during the 2004-05 NBA season. The two networks will also combine to air six of the club’s eight preseason games. Including four exclusive ABC telecasts and six Turner Sports exclusive telecasts as part of the NBA’s national television schedule, all 82 regular-season games will be available on television.
