    Pistons Guard Chauncey Billups
    Billups averaged 20.3 points and a team-high 8.6 assists in December. Billups tallied six double-doubles and contributed 20 or more points eight times, including two 30-point games. Billups also dished a career-high 19 assists vs. the Kings.
    Notable: 28 points, 19 assists vs. Kings.
    Pistons Guard Richard Hamilton
    Hamilton led the Pistons in scoring in seven of their 15 games in December, averaging 22.1 points per game. Hamiton scored 20 or more points nine times, including two 30+ point games.
    Notable: 40 points, 13-25 FGM-A vs. Knicks.
    Pistons Center Ben Wallace
    Ben Wallace led the Pistons with 12.6 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game in December. Wallace recorded seven double-doubles in December and led the team in rebounds during 12 of their 15 games.
    Notable: 10 points, 21 rebounds vs. San Antonio.
    Pistons Forward Rasheed Wallace
    Rasheed Wallace stepped it up in December, averaging 15.7 points and 6.5 rebounds for the Pistons. Wallace recorded two double-doubles, scored 20+ points four times and led the team in scoring four times.

    Pistons Guard Carlos Arroyo
    Arroyo averaged 3.0 points and 3.3 assists and made 36.4 % of his shots in 12.5 minutes off the bench for Detroit. Arroyo saw action in all 15 games in December and led the team with a season-high 8 assists vs. Warriors.

    Pistons Guard Maurice Evans
    Evans averaged 5.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and made 44.4% of his shots in 15.2 minutes off the bench. Evans saw action in all 15 games in December and scored in double-figures four times.

    Pistons Forward Antonio McDyess
    Mcdyess averaged 7.4 points and 4.5 rebounds off the bench in 20.1 minutes during December. He scored in double-figures five times and grabbed a season-high 13 rebounds vs. San Antonio.

    On Friday, December 2 at The Palace of Auburn Hills, the Pistons honored Isiah "Zeke" Thomas by permanently securing his name and number on The Palace court. The Pistons beat the Knicks that night, 106-98.
