AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — April 21, 2005 — On Tuesday, April 26, when the Detroit Pistons square off in Game Two of their first round playoff match-up against the Philadelphia 76ers (7:30 p.m. tip-off), four “front row fans” will be sitting in VIP-A seats on the baseline, near the Pistons bench.

The “front row fans” will be the highest bidders in a playoff auction that benefits the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Pistons will host two separate auctions for the four, front-row VIP seats. There are two packages available and each includes two tickets, dinner for two at the Cingular Club and a VIP parking pass.

The bidding, which is hosted by, starts at $1,500 per package. Bids will be taken in $25 increments. Bidding starts at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21 and will conclude Monday, April 25 at 10:00 a.m. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Detroit Pistons begin the 2005 NBA Playoffs on Saturday, April 23 at The Palace of Auburn Hills against the Philadelphia 76ers. Game time is 3:00 p.m. and the game will be nationally televised on ABC.
