99.5 WYCD Presents Jana Kramer To Perform at Halftime on Friday, November 28 when Detroit Pistons Host Milwaukee Bucks

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Presented by 99.5 WYCD, the Detroit Pistons announced today that Michigan born singer/songwriter/actress Jana Kramer will perform during halftime when the Detroit Pistons host Jabari Parker, Brandon Knight and the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday, November 28 as part of Friday Night Out at The Palace of Auburn Hills (7:30 p.m.).

“We are excited to have Jana Kramer performing in front of her hometown fans when the Pistons host the Milwaukee Bucks,” said Harlan Hendrickson, Vice President of Marketing for Palace Sports & Entertainment and the Pistons. “Friday Night Out brings together the best of sports and entertainment, and, during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, we’re pleased to elevate the overall basketball experience with a performance from a local star like Jana.”

Michigan native Jana Kramer attended Rochester Adams High School and is best known for her role as the firecracker actress Alex Dupre on the television series One Tree Hill. The show helped kick-start her country music career, with her first four singles, 2011’s “Why Ya Wanna,” “I Won’t Give Up,” and “Whiskey,” and 2012’s “What I Love About Your Love” all featured on the One Tree Hill series soundtrack as well as her self-titled debut album.

American Country Music’s Top New Female Vocalist in 2013 is putting the finishing touches on her second country album, due to hit the market early next year. The first single off her upcoming album is “Love,” which reached #37 on the Hot Country Songs chart. The sophomore album will also include “Bullet,” a duet with Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler.
