2012-13 Variable Pricing
You will recognize that the printed price on your tickets is different based on the game. Because we recognize that not every game or opponent is the same, we have tiered our game schedule. Included below is our game tiering:

Your overall package price has not been affected by the above tiering. Tiering simply allows you to quickly determine a fair market value of your ticket based on your seat location, opponent we are facing and day of the game. As a Pistons Member it's important to note that you will continue to receive the best overall value for purchasing a ticket package.

2013-14 Pistons Membership Renewals
In late February, you will be receiving more information on renewing your Pistons Membership for the 2013-14 season including pricing, benefits and incentives to renew early!
Seat Upgrades
When the 2013-14 renewal process is complete we will schedule our annual seat relocation event. This event is a Member benefit that allows you to relocate your seats into the best available locations for the upcoming season. The event runs throughout the day and consists of 30 minute timeslots based on account tenure. More information regarding the date of the relocation event and your timeslot will be delivered in May.
Ticket Resale Marketplace
The Detroit Pistons, the NBA, and Ticketmaster have partnered to bring NBATickets.com - a universal ticketing hub- to our Pistons season ticket members. This platform allows you to buy and sell tickets with unparalleled selection and security, and makes the collective NBA team inventories available in a unified resale marketplace. You have automatic access to this marketplace through your My Pistons Account by clicking "sell" next to any of your ticket listings. Enjoy automatic payment and never deal with ticket delivery – you will have the option of crediting all ticket resales to your season ticket account for the 2013-14 season, or directly to the bank account of your choice. Member Pricing for Additional Pistons Tickets
Based on feedback from Pistons Members, we are introducing new Member rates for additional ticket purchases. As a Member, you will receive 10% off face value pricing for all Elite games and 20% off face value pricing for Premium, Select and Value games.
Ticket Exchange Program
The Pistons are excited to offer a ticket exchange program. This program allows you to trade in tickets for missed Pistons games and exchange them for additional tickets to future Pistons games. Exchanges must be done after the missed game has passed and only Select and Value games will be available for exchange. Click HERE for more information and to submit a ticket exchange today!
Community Ticket Donation Program
If you know you are going to miss a game on our schedule, you can donate your tickets to our Community Relations department to be used for one of our Pistons Charities. Donations can be done by simply logging into your Pistons Account Manager and emailing your tickets to donationrequest@palacenet.com. All donation requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the game you would like to donate. You will receive a donation letter several weeks after your donation if you would like to save it for tax purposes.
Group Info
Groups of 15 or more will continue to receive special rates and additional benefits. Our group outings include unique giveaways, customized catering options and the ability to entertain in one of our exclusive clubs. Our Fan Experience Packages include opportunities to play on the Pistons court, take a post-game shot on the court, or high five the Pistons or visiting team. Suite Info
The Palace of Auburn Hills continues to offer the ability to purchase individual suites for concerts and events. Our suites feature private bathrooms and coat closets, exclusive menus and catering and unparalleled service on event night. In addition, as a Pistons Member, you will receive 20% of the price of any Pistons suite throughout the 2012-13 season!
