MY PELICANS ACCOUNT
Managing your Pelicans Season Tickets has never been easier. With the "My Pelicans Account" online ticket manager, you can update your personal information and get the most out of your season ticket investment by forwarding tickets to friends, donating them to charity or selling your tickets when you can't attend a game.

Update your personal information:
Moving? Have a new e-mail address? You can easily update this information and more online by logging into your Pelicans Account.

Ticket Forwarding:
Can't make it to the game but know a friend or family member that can? Your Pelicans Account makes it easy for you to e-mail your tickets for any home game, all with just a click of your mouse. You can e-mail your tickets anytime up to 2 hours before tip-off for all home games.

Re-print your tickets:
Did you misplace your tickets to a game or two? You can quickly re-print your tickets online through your Pelicans Account. Just remember that once you re-print tickets the original tickets will no longer be valid for entry.

Sell your tickets:
Can't make it to a game? Don't let your tickets go unused - sell them! NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace is a secure online marketplace where fans can purchase Pelicans tickets directly from Season Ticket Holders. Only Season Ticket Holders can post tickets for sale on NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace and your Account Manager will walk you through the steps necessary to post your tickets. You set the sale price and once the tickets sell the money is automatically credited to your Pelicans account so you can use it to pay for Playoffs or next season's renewal.

Donate your tickets:*
The Pelicans have partnered with a number of local charities to allow members of the community to experience the excitement of a Pelicans game. If you can't attend a game, consider donating your tickets - simply log into your Account Manager and with a few clicks your tickets will be on their way to a deserving recipient.

*You may donate your tickets up to 48 hours prior to tip-off for any home game.

PELICANS ACCOUNT MANAGER TUTORIALS

Logging in to your Pelicans Account:
1) Enter your Account ID or e-mail address and password* in the fields at the top of this page
2) Click "Submit"

*If you've forgotten your password use the "Forgot Password" link next to the Submit button. Enter your e-mail address and a new password will be e-mailed to you.

Updating your contact information:
1) Log in to your Pelicans Account at the top of this page
2) Under the Account Settings menu, click on "Edit Personal Profile"
3) Change, add or update your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone numbers
4) Click "Update Account" to save

Paying an invoice online:
1) Log in to your Pelicans Account at the top of this page
2) Under the Invoices menu, click on "View/Pay Open Invoice"
3) Select the invoice you wish to pay and click "Continue"
4) View the items included in the invoice and the outstanding balance and click "Pay Invoice Now"
5) Enter or verify your billing information and credit card type, number and expiration date
6) Enter your credit card ID number and click "Continue"
7) Print the Payment Confirmation page for your records

Forwarding Tickets:*
1) Log in to your Pelicans Account at the top of this page
2) Click on "Manage Tickets"
3) Select the game and specific seats you'd like to forward and click "Forward"
4) Enter the recipient information (name, e-mail address, personal message) and Continue
5) Verify the recipient information and click "E-mail tickets" **

* Once you have forwarded your tickets, the original tickets will NO LONGER BE VALID for entry
** The recipient will receive an e-mail with the tickets attached as a PDF document. They simply open the PDF and print the tickets.

Re-printing tickets:
1) Log in to your Pelicans Account at the top of this page
2) Click on "Manage Tickets"
3) Select the game and specific seats you want to print and click "Forward"
4) Enter your own name and e-mail address in recipient information and Continue
5) Verify the recipient information (your own info) and click "E-mail tickets"
6) You will receive an e-mail with the tickets attached as a PDF file - simply open and print!

* Once you have re-printed your tickets by forwarding them to yourself, the original tickets will NO LONGER BE VALID for entry

Donating Tickets:*
1) Log in to your Pelicans Account at the top of this page
2) Click on "Forward your tickets to charity"
3) Select the seats you want to donate and click "Forward"
4) Under "Forwarding Method" choose "Donate Tickets to Charity" and then "Continue"
5) You will see the Recipient Name of Volunteer Group Donations and Recipient E-mail Address of donatetickets@pelicans.com
6) Verify the information and click "Donate Tickets"
7) Print the confirmation page for your records

*Once you have donated your tickets, the original tickets will NO LONGER BE VALID for entry. Tickets may be donated up to 48 hours prior to tip-off for any home game.
