Pelicans vs. 76ers: Postgame Notes 1/26/15

  • Trailing 12-11, New Orleans closed the first quarter on a 19-7 run to take a 30-19 lead into the second quarter.
  • Tyreke Evans recorded seven of his season-high-tying 12 assists in the first quarter…New Orleans recorded 10 assists on 13 field goals in the quarter.
  • Anthony Davis scored 13 points in the first quarter…Davis was 6 of 9 from the floor in the frame.
  • Philadelphia opened the second quarter on a 14-4 run to cut the New Orleans lead to 34-33 with 8:26 remaining…The Pelicans answered with an 18-6 run to push their lead to 52-39 with 1:47 remaining in the half.
  • For the second consecutive game, Tyreke Evans recorded at least nine assists in the first half…Evans finished with 10 before intermission.
