HORNETS HOST FIRST JUNIOR HONEYBEE
DANCE CLINIC OF THE SEASON

Junior Honeybees to perform during the Nov. 19 game against the Phoenix Suns

November 10, 2009

The New Orleans Hornets Honeybees will host their first Junior Honeybee Dance Clinic of the 2009-10 season on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 12:30-4 p.m. at the Elmwood Fitness Center in Harahan. Registration is now open to girls between the ages of 5-12 who are energetic and wish to perform during the Hornets vs. Phoenix Suns nationally televised game on Thursday, Nov. 19. Pre-registration is encouraged because there are a limited number of spots still available.

The clinic will be a great opportunity for girls who love to dance, or just want to have fun and perform in front of a big crowd, said Honeybee manager and choreographer Ashley Deaton. Any girl who is a fan of the Hornets or the Honeybees should sign up for this fun experience.

No previous dance experience is required to participate. Each Junior Honeybee will spend the afternoon with members of the Honeybee dance team learning an exciting dance routine that will be performed during the game. Participants will also receive a Junior Honeybee T-shirt, pair of pom-poms and a pair of Balcony tickets to the Hornets vs. Suns game. The total cost for the clinic is $65.
