1)      Today is another big day for Anthony Davis and Monty Williams in terms of their participation with USA Basketball. The USA team began practices in Las Vegas this afternoon, preparing for exhibition games in August, followed by the FIBA World Cup starting Aug. 30 in Spain.

2)      In the days leading up to USAB training camp, Davis spoke specifically about his desire to add weight and muscle to his frame.

3)      New Orleans continues to add to its official roster, adding the likes of Patric Young, Jimmer Fredette and Darius Miller last week. Listen to Young’s interview on Monday’s episode of the Black & Blue Report.

4)      Jimmer Fredette spoke exclusively with Pelicans.com on Friday, discussing various topics, including why he decided to sign with New Orleans.

5)      In case you missed it, Fredette was also a guest on Friday’s Black & Blue Report.
