The New Orleans Hornets are in the process of gathering more information and evaluations of All-Star point guard Chris Paul's left knee.

An MRI test was performed Sunday and those tests are now being reviewed by our medical staff before a decision is made.

"It's likely there is going to be a surgical procedure," head coach Jeff Bower said. "We are in the fact finding stages right now, gathering as much information as possible."

The determination on Paul's knee will be determined in the next day or so.

"Well shift some minutes and rotations to take advantage of the current players we have," Bower said. "Well continue to watch that development. We have a lot of confidence in our players and their abilities. Injuries are a part of every team and every season. Its our job to move on and make adjustments to fit our personnel.
