Casino Night Draws Crowd of 1,300 Season Ticket Holders

March 17, 2010

The 1,300 Hornets season ticket holders who attended the teams third annual Casino Night on Thursday, March 12 at the Louisiana Superdome were in for a special surprise when they competed for prizes during a B-I-N-G-O game. Calling out the letters and numbers were none other than Hornets players Chris Paul, Darren Collison, Sean Marks, Morris Peterson, Julian Wright and Emeka Okafor.

The B-I-N-G-O competition was one of several aspects in which Hornets players directly interacted with the guests of Casino Night, an exclusive event open only to season ticket holders and presented by Harrahs.

The players also manned a prize wheel, resulting in fans winning free prizes, and posed for pictures at a photo station.

At the end of the evening, after guests cashed in all of their chips, three grand prizes were awarded to those with the most chips. First prize was a trip for two to Las Vegas; second place earned a Hornets suite night; third place received a weekend experience for two in Biloxi, Mississippi.
