A few notes on a rare off day for the team, with no game or practice taking place Monday:
- Thanks go out to our friends at SuperSonics.com for inviting me onto their site this weekend to answer a few questions about the Hornets. Sonics team website writer Kevin Pelton uses his extensive background in basketball and statistical analysis to help provide fans with unique information that they can't find in other places. Pelton took time to break down Seattle and discuss Kevin Durant in our Rival Report that we have been compiling with other NBA teams before every Hornets home game.
- A few minutes before tip-off prior to Sunday's game, I got a chance to talk with ESPN: The Magazine writer Chris Palmer. Palmer sat in for the second edition of "Hornets Fact or Fiction" this season, using the same format for our talk with ESPN's Ric Bucher during preseason.
