Gerry V's chat is broken down into three sections: Part 1, the Hornets' decision to trade the 27th pick and the 2008 draft (8:01 in length); Part 2, the status of New Orleans' free agents (10:44); Part 3, discussion on the headline-grabbing trades from the past week (9:20).

Season review: Chris Paul

Over the 20 years since the Hornets joined the NBA, they've never had a player turn in the kind of season Chris Paul did in 2007-08. Paul became New Orleans' first-ever legitimate MVP candidate, finishing second in the race behind Kobe Bryant. In many ways, the turnaround of the franchise can be traced back to June 2005, when the Hornets landed CP3 with the No. 4 pick in the draft. Our look back at the season continues with analysis of the starting five and the club's All-Star point guard.
