Favorite type of music and groups: "I listen to about any kind of music, I really do. I was a fan of Harry Connick when I was little, growing up. Now I’ve kind of gotten into country a little bit. I’m a big fan of Garth Brooks. Right now I would say my favorite type of music is country."

Favorite TV shows: "Right now, I am a big fan of Prison Break, Heroes and Lost. Those three are probably my favorites."

Reality TV thoughts: "I am a big fan of reality TV. I used to watch the first few Survivors. When they came out I was a big fan of those. Now, American Idol, our family are big fans. The kids love American Idol, so it is a great time for the kids to watch. We kind of cut them off from the beginning shows when they make fun of all the people, but the kids love the performances and all that stuff."

Favorite movie of all time: "It’s kind of a toss-up between Grease and Hoosiers. Those are probably my favorite two movies. I’ve always enjoyed those. Growing up playing basketball it was fun to watch Hoosiers. It is something that every once in a while, at least once a year, you’ve got to stick it in and watch it."

Time spent online per day: "Probably two or three hours a day."

Favorite non-basketball Web site: "I don’t really have any non-sports favorites. My fantasy football, I spend a lot of time on that. I have two different leagues I’m in, and not doing well in either of them. [laughs] I took two different approaches with both teams, and none of them did any good!"

Football or baseball? "Probably baseball. I was a pretty good player in high school, so I did all that stuff. I was an all-state pitcher, so I had some opportunities to do some baseball stuff, but I stuck with basketball."

What he'd be doing if he weren’t an NBA player: "I’d probably be coaching right now. I’m not sure what level, high school or college, but I definitely want to get into coaching at some level when I’m done playing so that is probably what I’d be doing."

Favorite athlete as a kid: "I was a Dallas Cowboys fan and I was a fan of Tony Dorsett growing up, I loved watching him. I was also a Cubs fan growing up so Ryne Sandberg. I used to think his name was RYAN Sandberg, so I thought that was pretty cool. Then I found out it was Ryne, but I was still a fan."

Best friend on another NBA team: Portland forward/center Raef Lafrentz. "We played AAU ball together in Iowa and we played in Denver for a few years together."

First job: "I was the lot boy at a Ford dealership in Iowa City and my job was to wash all the cars every morning."
