If you are unable to attend a game, save your family, friends or business clients the hassle of waiting in line at will call. Now you can email your tickets to anyone - up to two hours prior to the start of the game. They will simply print out the attached file which is a valid New Orleans Hornets ticket.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS
The Hornets have partnered with a number of local charities to allow members of the community to experience the excitement of a Hornets game. If you can't attend a game, consider donating your tickets. Please make all donations 48 hours prior to tip-off so that they can get in the hands of a Hornets fan.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Season Ticket Holders who lose their tickets can have them reprinted each game at the box office. Ticket holders must include the exact seat location and account number when requesting replacement tickets and only the Season Ticket Holder of record is eligible to do so. In order to avoid box office lines, we strongly recommend the use of the ticket forwarding program to email the tickets to yourself or the person you are giving them to.
Stolen tickets that have been purchased through the New Orleans Hornets will be replaced upon submission of a police report detailing the theft.
SEASON TICKET SERVICE
The New Orleans Hornets take pride in providing you with world-class service. Your dedicated Hornets account representative will be available to answer your questions from Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM as well as during all New Orleans Hornets home games. You may reach your representative by calling 504-525-HOOP during those hours or you may stop by the service centers located outside Sections 123 and 302 during all Hornets home ames.
BOX OFFICE AND WILL CALL LOCATION AND HOURS
The Box Office is located on the ground level of the Arena off of Girod Street in the Northwest corner of the building. Will Call is in the main box office lobby.
The Box Office opens at 9:00 AM on weekdays. On weekend gamedays the box office will open three hours before the scheduled tip-off. Will Call will open two hours before tip-off. The Box Office and Will Call close at the end of halftime on gamedays and 4:30 PM on weekdays when the Hornets are not playing a home game. If you need to visit the Box Office for any reason, we suggest arriving early to avoid lines and congestion close to tip-off time.
The auxiliary Box Office is located in section 108 and is open until the end of the third quarter. At this box office you can purchase additional tickets to all arena events including future New Orleans Hornets games.
- Cans, bottles, coolers, or containers of any kind
- Video cameras or professional cameras (cameras with lenses over 6 inches will be considered professional)
- Laser pens or laser products of any kind
- Flags/signs with poles
- Any type of food or beverage, including unopened bottles of water or soda
- Backpacks or oversized handbags
- Weapons or contraband of any kind
- Animals or pets (except those assisting ADA patrons)
- Any other items determined as unacceptable by the New Orleans Arena
HORNETS NEST MERCHANDISE STORE HOURS
The Hornets Nest merchandise store is located inside the New Orleans Arena and sells official New Orleans Hornets merchandise, including the same Adidas gear worn by the Hornets players. The store is accessible from the Girod Street entrance on non-game days. Store hours are as follows:
- Tuesday - Friday from 11:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday from 11:00am - 3:00pm
- Sunday and Monday - open on game nights only
