Being a Honeybee has allowed me to become part of this unique city both on and off the court. Performing is my first love; nothing compares to dancing for an exhilarated crowd of thousands every week. I am honored to be part of an organization that is so hands-on and community-oriented. Of course, none of this would be possible without my incredible teammates!
I'm a full-time marketing major at Tulane, so when I'm not in class or studying I love to spend quality time with friends doing things like shopping on Magazine Street or cheering on our classmates at Green Wave sporting events.
I love being a Honeybee because it enables me to reach out to other girls in the New Orleans area and become such a positive role model for them. To know that I can make a difference in someone's life through dance is an amazing feeling. And of course, game day is ALWAYS an amazing experience to be a part of.
Working out has always been one of my favorite things to do (my dad was Mr. Louisiana, so it runs in the family). I also love to surf and now have really been getting into the Yolo boards.
I love the inspiration that the team gives me and the influence to represent the greatest city of them all, NOLA! I can't wait to get out on the court and perform for the thousands of fans and supporting city. Get ready Hive, because this Bee will be BUZZIN'!
When I'm not playing music and dancing around the house, I'll usually be hanging out with some friends or catching up with family. I also like to get in a workout usually once a day. When I really have some down time, I enjoy art, specifically painting and drawing.
I absolutely love being involved in the New Orleans community. Just knowing that I can help brighten somebody's day in the simplest way makes the job very rewarding. The Hornets staff and my teammates are great people to work with! But it's really the FANS at each game that make performances so much fun!
I absolutely adore taking care of my Great Dane puppy, Shiloh. I also spend a lot of time choreographing and teaching dance. I love going out to dinner (yum) and spending time with my friends.
The Honeybees are the most beautiful and talented group of girls I have ever experienced working with. I love how energized and involved the fans are and it makes me so proud to know that simply doing what I love gets them on their toes.
When I'm not performing with the Honeybees, I'm busy being a full-time student at Our Lady Of Holy Cross college where I'm majoring in Business and minoring in Psychology. I enjoy tailgating, pretending I'm a makeup artist and coffee dates are my favorite!
Being a Honeybee is such a rewarding experience, I'm proud to have been a part of this organization for such a long time and to continue to cheer on such a great New Orleans sports team. The Hornets family has done so much for our city, and I'm proud to say I have been a part of that!
I enjoy reading, shopping, cruising around on my bike, spending quality time with my friends, catching up on TV shows, and most importantly relaxing and being as lazy as possible!
Being a Honeybee is such a great honor, and provides many opportunities to expand my strong love for dance and cheer. What I love about dance is that there is no right or wrong way to dance. Dancing is definitely considered my therapy. It immediately puts me in a carefree state of mind and, nothing else really matters.
I enjoy spending the day in New Orleans, walking around and shopping at the many unique gift shops. I like to call it "playing a tourist in my hometown."
I am part of the hardest-working, strongest and most beautiful group of girls who find that performing for our New Orleans Hornets fans just might be one of the most rewarding experiences of our dance career.
When I'm not dancing with the Honeybees I am busy working and as a matter of fact… it is another love that I have. I am a dance teacher, choreographer and coach. I am a fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, and fitness instructor.
I love the hard work that we put into becoming beautiful, talented, fit, smart and motivating young women. One of my favorite things about being a Honeybee is seeing little girls literally look up at us and smile. Just with that smile, I've felt as though that little girls' wish was granted.
I am a huge family person, so family gatherings are definitely where I spend some of my time. I also try my hardest to stick to any other commitments with high school dance teams and dance studios while juggling my own duties as a Honeybee.
I LOVE being a Honeybee! I truly enjoy being around the team and our manager. The atmosphere at practices, appearances and games is always professional. The team is full of level-headed, hard-working, talented ladies who love to dance and perform just as much as I do.
I love spend my free time with my family and friends. I also like cooking, shopping, traveling and going to take rides on the boat.

I love being a part of a dance team for New Orleans. The fans are incredible, so enthusiastic and loyal! I have always been a performer and truly enjoy doing it. Being able to constantly do high-energy, highly-entertaining dances with the Honeybees is so much fun.
I love teaching dance classes to the kids at the dance studio where I grew up. Whenever I am not working, I am hanging out with friends, barbecuing, watching movies, reading and playing with my dog!
I have always had a passion for dancing. I love the limitlessness of it, and the happiness it brings not only to those who do it, but also the audience. Although I do get very nervous before I dance sometimes, I have always loved to perform!
When I do get a break… I love to visit my family, go to the beach, do fun/random activities, be outside, start crafty projects (that sometimes never get finished), spend time with my friends, and occasionally sleep!
The reason why I am so passionate about being a Honeybee is because I am surrounded by talented and dedicated young ladies. It is because of them that I am able to excel and accomplish things that I once thought were impossible. I also love being a Honeybee because I am able to entertain and connect with the fans in a positive way.
Cupcake and macaroon consumption is an enjoyable hobby right next to makeup artistry. I won a contest with Maybelline and CVS where I got the opportunity to be a makeup artist at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City. And after that I was hooked!
It's an amazing opportunity to be a member of the best dance team in the NBA, representing the best team in the NBA. And like my little sister, Ma Coi, who is a Stinger, said, the Honeybees have the best seat in the house!
Aside from dancing, I am also a junior and chemistry major at Xavier University. So, studying can keep me quite busy. I also enjoy choreographing, teaching young dancers, acting, cheering, shopping, playing kickball, listening to music and just hanging out with my family and friends.
I love being able to perform for thousands of fans every week! Dancing is what I love to do, and being able to share that with the fans is a very rewarding feeling. I am honored to be able to be an ambassador to the Hornets organization and the city of New Orleans.
I am in my final year of pharmacy school and will be graduating in May. During my free time, you can probably find me on my couch catching up on all of my favorite TV shows! Reality TV is my guilty pleasure. Top Chef, So You Think You Can Dance, and The Voice are some of my favorites!
My favorite part about being a Honeybee is that I get to perform in front of thousands of people every week! I also love working with such an amazing group of talented, beautiful girls.
I'm finishing my last year as a Writing and Performing Arts major at LSU. When I need a good study break, I love taking dance classes and running the LSU lakes. My weekends usually consist of hanging out with my friends or catching some good live music.
The very best part about being a Honeybee is the games and the fans! From running out of the tunnel onto the court all the way until the clock hits 0:00, there's such an adrenaline rush that keeps the biggest smile on my face knowing that I am experiencing something I've always dreamed of!
First and foremost I love to spend time with my friends and family, especially my two nieces! I also DVR a ton of television shows so that's something else I love doing to relax when I'm not performing with Honeybees! Between preparing to graduate college, a part-time job, and full-time Honeybees I try relaxing any and every chance I get!
I love the positive energy you get from just being a part of this amazing dance team. People truly look up to you and it is so honoring! I also enjoy our workouts and practices because we work so hard but we also have fun doing it. I'm super excited for my first season!
I love to hang out with my friends, watch movies and go out to eat! It doesn't take a lot to make me happy and a good meal can do the job!
All of the girls are so sweet and welcoming to us new girls and our coach is amazing. I'm so excited to start this journey as a Honeybee and I can't wait until the season starts!
Outside of Honeybees, I like to cook! Well... I guess I should say learn how to cook. I love finding new recipes to try out and I'm addicted to Food Network! I also love to run, swim, read and I'm currently learning Spanish.
I love being to be able to do something that I enjoy as my job. I also love being around these girls that share the same interest and dedication. I am very pleased to be an idol of the New Orleans community and I can't wait to put a smile on everyone's faces!
On my spare time I like to learn new songs on my keyboard and I enjoy taking a stroll through the city taking landscape photography. I also like to spend time with my animals, rearrange and decorate my house, and of course shop!
We all have other obligations but to know that these ladies love to do the same thing as you is just heartwarming. Being a Honeybee comes with its perks. To know that little girls look up to you and want to be like you is the best feeling in the world. I am proud to say that I AM A HONEYBEE!
When I am not performing with the Honeybees, I am in school. When I'm not there, I love drawing, hanging out with friends and family, watching some TV and relaxing as much as I can.
Being a Honeybee is something that I hold very dear to my heart because it was a dream of mine. It is amazing to know that I am a part of a team who has so much love for what they represent and the ability to be able to do what they love to do.
When I am not performing I am usually working my full-time job, teaching dancing, traveling the state of Louisiana as a festival pageant queen. I enjoy shopping, traveling, catching up on my daily TV shows, scrapbooking, baking and anything that involves pageantry.
