Throughout the year, the New Orleans Pelicans receive many requests from schools, non-profit organizations, foundations and community groups. Due to the number of inquires we receive, unfortunately, we are not able to honor all requests. To be considered for a donation item, you must be able to meet all the criteria within our guidelines and enter your information in the fields below.

Guidelines for a Donation Request:

Donations will only be made to non-profit and charitable organizations within the state of Louisiana. Requests must be made 6 weeks prior to your scheduled event. All information for a request must be entered in the fields below. Requests will not be received via fax and/or mail. In order to assist as many requests as possible, we will only provide one item per organization per calendar year.

The New Orleans Pelicans Community Relations department will make every effort to process your request within 2-3 weeks prior to your event. Due to the large volume of requests received, there are no exceptions to the above guideline.
