News and updates from Biloxi, prior to Sunday’s 1 p.m. interconference preseason matchup between Atlanta and New Orleans:

• After using the same starting lineup during the unbeaten three-game road trip, the Pelicans will move Austin Rivers into the first five at shooting guard against Atlanta. Anthony Morrow will come off the bench vs. the Hawks, one of his former teams. “I’d like to start Austin (today) to get him some minutes, to see how he does in that role,” Monty Williams said.

• New Orleans is expected to keep the remainder of its recent starting lineup intact today, including point guard Jrue Holiday, small forward Al-Farouq Aminu, power forward Anthony Davis and center Greg Stiemsma.

• Williams is hopeful that he’ll have his entire complement of players available at some point in the next few games, including the expected returns of Tyreke Evans and Eric Gordon. Williams: “We’ve got some guys with a lot bumps and bruises, so we want to make sure that we watch their minutes. I’m hoping that we can get everybody on the floor in the upcoming games after today to see where we are.”

• Atlanta is 1-1 in preseason but hasn’t played since Tuesday, when it defeated Charlotte on the road. Like the Pelicans, the Hawks have a head coach from the San Antonio/Gregg Popovich coaching tree, longtime Spurs assistant Mike Budenholzer.
