Game Rewind

The Houston Rockets hit 15 3-pointers and had seven players score in double figures as they beat the Indiana Pacers for the second straight game, 107-98 in Taipei, Taiwan. Sunday's game came three days after the Rockets won 116-96 in Manila, Philippines.

The Pacers are now 0-3 in the preseason. Houston improved to 2-1. Both teams have concluded their Global Games tour and will head back to the United States Sunday night.

Houston jumped out to a 15-point lead at the half on Sunday night, but the Pacers stormed back, opening the third quarter on a 27-14 run to cut the Rockets' lead to two. Indiana would cut the Rockets' lead to two twice more in the fourth quarter, the last time on C.J. Watson's 3-pointer to make it 84-82 with 8:39 to play.

Houston responded with a 19-3 run to put the game away for good.

Paul George led Indiana with 19 points on 7-for-14 shooting (3-for-5 from 3-point range). George Hill added 17 points. Danny Granger had 15 points on 5-for-13 shooting (3-for-5 from three) and grabbed nine rebounds. C.J. Watson had 14 points off the bench on 4-for-5 shooting, but also committed six turnovers.

James Harden led Houston with 21 points. Jeremy Lin added 17 on 6-for-8 shooting. Francisco Garcia scored all of his 15 points beyond the arc, going 5-for-8 from deep. Omri Casspi added 13 points and nine rebounds.

Houston outrebounded the Pacers on the offensive glass 11-3.

Indiana played without primary backup forward Luis Scola, whom the team held out of the game to give him some rest.

The Pacers' next exhibition game is Wednesday night at 7 PM ET, when they'll host the Dallas Mavericks at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
