PG Enjoys Final Day Before All-Star Game

On Saturday morning, Paul George took part in what can be described as a practice in name only. Mostly, the Eastern Conference All-Stars enjoyed sharing the floor together for a little under an hour, entertaining fans at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto simultaneously.

East coach Tyronn Lue kept things light as can be, even holding a halfcourt shooting competition. If the All-Star Game on Sunday night is decided by a half-court heave, the East will have been prepared for the moment.

Following the practice, George and his fellow All-Stars shuffled off to media availability, fielding questions about getting to compete against Kobe Bryant, Olympic team aspirations and, of course, how cold it has been in Toronto this weekend (it was a balmy -7 on Saturday).

George then proceeded to sit courtside at the NBA D-League All-Star game, which his teammate Rakeem Christmas took part in. PG even donned a Christmas jersey to show his support for the rookie.

From there, it was off to a New Era store in downtown Toronto, where George met with the fans that lined up to see him.

Tonight, PG is headed to All-Star Saturday Night at the Air Canada Centre, where he will be watching participants in the 3-point contest, skills competition, and dunk contest compete.
