Update December 6, 2012: See the latest Blue Collar Gold Swagger commercial featuring David West.
Nov. 2, 2012 - With Opening Night just one day away, the Indiana Pacers have added to the marketing efforts behind the season theme of “Blue Collar – Gold Swagger” by launching the first wave of television commercials. Pacers fans can expect to see the commercials starting tonight on Fox Sports Indiana during the Pacers game against the Charlotte Bobcats. These commercials are also available on this web page.
The TV commercials launching tonight feature Pacers players Roy Hibbert and Paul George. As the season progresses, fans can expect to see more commercials featuring different Pacers players. The commercials will complement the various components promoting the “Blue Collar – Gold Swagger” theme, including billboards, newspaper ads, web banners, and social media activation. Fans can download the billboards as wallpapers to their computers by clicking here.
Though the “Blue Collar - Gold Swagger” campaign debuted in September, it will make its official premiere tomorrow, Nov. 3, when the Pacers host the Sacramento Kings in an Opening Night extravaganza in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. This year’s Opening Night is proudly presented by Indiana University Health and Kroger.
Since moving to the Fieldhouse, the Pacers have sold out every Opening Night and this year’s Opening Night promises to be something special. First, the highly-demanded “Gold Out” will return as all fans in attendance will receive a commemorative “Blue Collar - Gold Swagger” gold T-shirt. Secondly, the NBA’s best scoreboard makes its Pacers’ debut. Finally, and most importantly, all five starters from the 2012 Playoffs return along with some new faces, including D.J. Augustin, Gerald Green, Ian Mahinmi, and first-round pick Miles Plumlee.
There are four ways to secure your seats for Opening Night, including Season Ticket Plans, 6-Game Pack, Group Tickets, and Single-Game Tickets. Click here for complete details or call (317) 917-2827. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.
