New Head of Sales and Marketing for Pacers Sports & Entertainment

INDIANAPOLIS – Todd Taylor, a veteran of sales and marketing in three different professional sports, has joined Pacers Sports & Entertainment as Senior Vice President/Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Taylor will oversee ticket sales and services, corporate partnerships, marketing and game operations for the Pacers and the Fever.

“We are thrilled that Todd has brought his sales and marketing skills and experience from professional hockey, professional baseball and professional basketball to our organization,” said PS&E President Jim Morris.

“Todd brings to our franchise a strong, Midwestern work ethic and an impressive set of credentials,” added PS&E Chief Operating Officer Rick Fuson. “His track record of creative, innovative and meaningful contributions to teams in three different sports speaks for itself.”

Taylor comes to the Pacers and Fever from the defending American League champion Texas Rangers baseball club, where he was Executive Vice President of Tickets Sales and Marketing. Before landing in Texas he spent five seasons as the Vice President of Consumer Marketing for the Milwaukee Brewers.

Taylor also has experience in the NBA having served as Vice President of Tickets Sales and Service for the Portland Trail Blazers from 2004-06 after a six-year run with the Columbus Blue Jackets of the NHL. Taylor was recently named to the prestigious “Forty under 40” list by the Sports Business Journal, recognizing the nation’s top sports marketers under the age of 40.

A Sidney, Ohio native, he is a graduate of the Ohio State University. Taylor is married to Jennifer and the couple has three children – Keenan (10), Brynn (7) and Ian (4). He will begin his duties with PS&E on June 20.
