Pacers Join Forces with Hoosier Lottery

Indianapolis, July 14, 2003 - Pacers Sports & Entertainment is partnering with the Hoosier Lottery for the Hoosier Millionaire television show on Tuesday, July 15.

The first Hoosier Lottery road show of 2003 will be held in conjunction with Indiana Black Expo’s Summer Celebration at the Indiana Convention Center in Hall G. From 3:00 to 6:30 p.m., PS&E staff members will be distributing autographed items and tickets to upcoming Pacers and Fever games, including three pairs of Lower Level tickets to the Fever game vs. the Houston Comets on Aug. 7, and two Lower Level tickets to an upcoming Pacers game. In addition, the first 100 people in attendance to the show will receive two tickets to the Fever game vs. the Charlotte Sting on Aug. 16.

Former Pacers George McGinnis and Darnell Hillman, along with Boomer and Freddy Fever, will be on hand between 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Members of the Indiana Pacemates will be in attendance between 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. to help entertain the crowd.

Audience contestant entries will be accepted from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Doors to the Convention Center will open at 4:00 p.m. and taping will start at approximately 7:30 p.m. One contestant will be selected from the audience. In addition to the sixth contestant being drawn from the audience, 20 audience members will each win 150 scratch-off tickets and one person will win a cash prize. Audience members need only bring one non-winning Hoosier Millionaire ticket for admission. Seating is limited.
