Sophomore (2010-11): Name is pronounced GOR-gee Jeng... His 128 blocked shots as a sophomore were a new UofL single season record and his 184 career blocks are the fourth most at Louisville...Led the BIG EAST and was eighth nationally in blocked shots (3.2 per game), was third in the league in rebounding (9.1; 45th in the nation) and seventh in field goal percentage (.525). He swatted six shots three times (vs. Memphis, Kentucky, Seton Hall) and seven on three occasions (vs. St. John's, Rutgers, Michigan St.)...Had 11 double-doubles as a sophomore, the latest being 11 points, 13 rebounds and four steals at Cincinnati. His 11 double-doubles were third in the BIG EAST...Has blocked a shot in 61 of his 69 career games, with multiple swats in 46 games (33 of 40 last year). He has blocked at least four shots in 21 career games, including 16 on the season. He has had back-to-back games with at least five blocked shots on four occasions in his career, the most in UofL history...Named to the NCAA West Region All-Tournament team, bolstered by swatting a career-best matching seven shots against Michigan State in the regional semifinals...Named to the BIG EAST All-Tournament team after averaging 8.8 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.3 blocked shots while shooting 68.2 percent from the field in the four games...First Cardinal to grab as many as 12 rebounds in 5 straight games since 1971-72...Selected to the BIG EAST Honor Roll for games Dec. 4-11 when he produced a pair of double-doubles in averaging 16 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 86.7 percent from the field (13-of-15) in two victories...Had 11 points, 14 rebounds and five blocked shots vs. Seton Hall...Totaled 13 points, 15 rebounds and three blocked shots against Western Kentucky...Produced consecutive double-doubles in five games.
