Step 5Step 5

What is mobile ticketing?
Season ticket holders can utilize their smartphone to log into AccountManager and single game buyers can log into their Ticketmaster account to generate a unique QR code on their phone for each seat rather than use a printed ticket with a traditional barcode. When the QR is scanned by the ticket takers a seat locator slip will print (see “What is a seat locator slip?” for additional information).

Mobile ticketing does not require any interaction with an actual computer- it can all be done through your smartphone. This is a fantastic option for those who do not own a traditional computer/printer or those who realize they've forgotten their tickets but are already in the building- no need to go to the box office for a reprint!

It's important to note, this technology is not replacing any other ticketing method. Hard tickets and ticketFast (8x11 paper) tickets will all still remain valid options for entry into the Fieldhouse. Mobile is simply an additional option for fans!

I'm a season ticket holder. How do I get to my AccountManager on my smartphone?

Go to pacers.com/mobiletix on your smartphone. This version of AccountManager has been optimized for mobile devices displaying a much more streamlined version compared to the traditional computer website. We encourage STHs to bookmark this page in their phones to have quick access to AccountManager.

I bought my tickets on Ticketmaster. Where do I access my mobile ticket?

Log into your Ticketmaster account or app to access your tickets. There will be an option for mobile listed there.

I am not a season ticket holder and I didn't buy my tickets from Ticketmaster. Can I use mobile?

Unfortunately, mobile ticketing is only supported for tickets purchased directly from the Pacers, NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace or our partner, Ticketmaster.

What is a seat locator slip?

For each QR code scanned on a smartphone a seat locator slip will print on a printer worn by our ticket takers. This is a 3x4 inch piece of paper that prints the details about your seat: barcode, sec, row, seat, game day & time, etc. This slip is used to access your level & section rather than constantly needing to show the information on your smartphone screen.

Does everyone get a seat locator slip even if they don't have a mobile ticket?

No, only mobile QR code users will get a seat locator slip.

What if I have more than one ticket? How many QR codes will I see?

You'll select each ticket you want to view using check boxes. Each ticket will then generate its own unique QR code- so, 4 seats = 4 QR codes. You'll swipe using your finger right to left to switch between QRs allowing the ticket taker to scan each one individually. You will receive a slip for each seat- again, 4 QRs = 4 slips. This allows for flexibility to scan some tickets yourself and transfer others to a friend if wanted.

Will there be a specific line for mobile tickets in the Entry Pavilion?

No. All ticket takers can scan a mobile ticket.

How do Legends ticket holders scan into the club?

The seat locator slip will print a barcode to be scanned again at Legends.

Can I use Passbook to house my tickets?

Yes, iPhone users can use Passbook to store their tickets. Beware, once a ticket is loaded into Passbook this is an unchanging version of the ticket. If a seat location is changed, the account is voided, etc Passbook will not auto update. It's important to note that if a ticket is invalidated the QR code in Passbook will NOT scan into the building.
