Larry Bird Takes #BirdBath For ALS

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is sweeping the nation, and in recent days a number of Pacers players and staff have accepted the challenge to have a bucket of cold ice water dumped on their heads.

Yesterday, Pacers point guard George Hill challenged Pacers President Larry Bird to take the challenge.

Ever the competitor, Bird isn't one to back down from any challenge. On Wednesday morning, he took the first-ever #BirdBath for ALS while sitting in a tub in the Pacers locker room. Before taking a graceful plunge, Bird called out Pacers administrative assistant Susy Fischer and Colts owner Jim Irsay to accept the challenge.
