Crooked Creek Elementary is one of 62 schools in Indiana participating in the world’s largest student-led food drive, known as The Drive. Indiana schools from elementary to high school level are doing their part to play a major role in helping set the world record.

The Drive is an event carried out under the “Be Charitable” program, a collaborative effort of Pacers Foundation and The LEAGUE. The “Be Charitable” program allows schools to track the progress of their service activities using an innovative point system that translates points into dollars, showing students the overall economic impact of their service efforts.

The Drive will conclude on Wednesday, Nov. 21, and all participating schools will begin entering their collection totals on The LEAGUE’s website with the totals being released Nov. 29.  The top three schools with the greatest impact in Indiana will be recognized by Pacers Foundation and The LEAGUE.
