NBA Store Spring Break Raffle Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.

Eligibility: The NBA Store Promotion (hereafter, “Raffle”) is open to legal residents (natural persons only) of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of 3/22/13. and will take place at the NBA Store located at 590 Fifth Avenue NY, NY 10036. Eligible minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of adidas International B.V.; NBA Properties, Inc. (“Sponsor”), the National Basketball Association and its member teams (collectively, “NBA Entities”); and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (collectively, “Released Parties”), whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. Twitter is neither a Sponsor of nor affiliated with this Raffle. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor.
Promotion Period: The Raffle will start on or about 10:00AM ET on 3/22/13 and will end on or about 7:00 PM EST on 4/7/13 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter: Fans who visit the NBA Store during the Promotion Period will be able to fill out an entry Raffle form (“Entry”) to be entered to win a pair of NBA Tickets to a Brooklyn Nets Game and an autographed adidas jersey. Game Date and Time are TBD in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be considered. Limit one (1) Entry per person. Entries received in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. Any attempt to subvert any aspect of Raffle, including Entry, is prohibited and any Entry through such means or any Entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) will be void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Winner Selection: One (1) potential Prize winner will be selected in an individual random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by Sponsor whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Raffle. Drawings will be conducted on or about 24-hours following the end date/time of the Promotion Period. Eligible entries received will not be included in subsequent Prize drawing(s). Potential winners will be notified via email and/or telephone by Sponsor and must respond within one (1) day. Odds of winning any drawing will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. If a potential winner does not reply (or is otherwise unavailable during initial contact attempt), no message will be left and no further attempt to contact such individual will be made and that individual will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be chosen, time permitting and at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes: One (1) Total Prizes:
One (1) Prize Winner: One winner will receive a pair of NBA Tickets to a Brooklyn Nets regular season home game at Barclays Center and an autographed jersey. Game Date and Time TBD by Sponsor.
Total ARV of all Prizes for all Winners combined: $800.
Winner will be mailed the Prizes. Federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are winners’ sole responsibility, including, without limitation, transportation, fees, meals and gratuities. If an eligible minor is selected as a winner, prize may be awarded in the name of said minor’s parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
Winners (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within one (1) day of date of receipt of documents.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion and except as otherwise provided herein. Potential winners will be required to provide their respective mailing address as well as any other information/documents required by Sponsor within one (1) day of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any oral or written statements, and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and any related activity thereto or participation in this Raffle. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Raffle (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper administration of the Raffle or for any other reason and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from eligible non-suspect Entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to the event that required such termination.
CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Raffle is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If any prize notification communication is returned as undeliverable, in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, if a potential winner fails to execute and return all required documents within the specified time period, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, such potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected. Winners and guests must agree to comply with all NBA and venue rules and regulations relating to the use of NBA Tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize.
