• Unworn merchandise in their original condition may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• Without the original receipt, select merchandise in their original condition may be exchanged at the current retail price or returned for an nba store gift card.
• On-court apparel, memorabilia, collectibles, and other limited edition items cannot be returned or exchanged without the original receipt.
• Personalized items, special orders, footwear, hardwood classics jerseys and electronic games are final sale.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
• Online purchases must be returned or exchanged directly with NBAStore.com.

Please note, items purchased at the former store located at Fifth Avenue and 52nd street are no longer eligible for return or exchange per the return policy.
