Tuesday, April 11 - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - New York Knicks Day

  • The New York Knicks will host a series of mini-basketball clinics for children hosted by NBA Legend John Starks and WNBA Legend Kym Hampton.
  • Knicks City Dancers three routines
  • Contests will be held on center court for the chance to win New York Knicks “gift packs.”
  • Raffles will be held at noon, 1:15 pm and 2:15 pm for entry into the clinics. Children ages 8 - 12 at the time of entry will be eligible to participate in the Clinic.

Wednesday, April 12 - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Ringling Bros. Day - CircusFit Clinic

  • CircusFit is a national youth fitness program that encourages America's youth to lead healthy, active lifestyles by combining the fun of circus skills with strength building, stretching and aerobic exercise.
  • Two clowns - Chris, a crazy basketball clown, and Gina, a cheerleading clown - will perform two 1/2 hour shows on center court and interact with children in the store.

  • NBA Store Spring Jam '06 t-shirts will be on-sale today. Any customer who purchases a Spring Jam t-shirt will receive free airbrushing, sponsored by Majestic Athletic, on the back of their t-shirt for free. **While supplies last.

  • Z100's Greg T. hosts Z100's Spring Jam Dance Off on Center Court.
  • A preliminary round will be held at 3:00 pm, the Finals are at 4:00 pm. Sign-up's for the Dance Off begin at 1:30 pm on Center Court.
  • Contestants will be judged on three components - originality, rhythm and level of difficulty.
  • The contestant with the highest score will win the contest and an NBA Store gift certificate.
  • Z100's party patrol will be in-store from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm distributing promotional materials.

Wednesday, April 19 - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Clinic hosted by NY Liberty guard Becky Hammon

  • The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA will host a series of mini-basketball clinics for children hosted by New York
  • Liberty player Becky Hammon.
  • The clinics will focus on the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA’s new initiative “Pledge to be a S.T.A.R.”
  • This new initiative provides players, parents, coaches, and officials opportunities to commit to the ideals of sportsmanship.
  • Raffles will be held at noon, 1:15 pm and 2:15 pm for entry into the clinics. Children ages 8 - 12 at the time of entry will be eligible to participate in the Clinic.

Thursday, April 20 - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Fan Appreciation Day

  • The NBA regular season ends on Wednesday, April 19.
  • The NBA Store is going to extend a big NBA thank-you to all of our fans.
  • The NBA Store customer who shows the most NBA/WNBA team spirit will win a special prize - the Ultimate Fan Prize Pack.
  • Prerecorded NBA player “thank-you’s” will run throughout the day on the jumbotron and plasmas.
  • Hosted by dueling emcees.
  • Fan Appreciation Day will feature live in-store programming, exciting music, basketball contests, free prizes and more!
  • Special on-the-spot special offers to our customers thanking them for being NBA fans and NBA Store customers.
  • Live in-store footage and customer interviews.
