What is the Denver Nuggets Prime Seat Club TicketExchange?
The Denver Nuggets Prime Seat Club TicketExchange is a membership based program that allows you to purchase tickets directly from Denver Nuggets Season Ticket Holders, safely and securely. Each membership gives you the chance to purchase one seat (per game) from available listings for the 2007-2008 regular season games and any 2008 playoff games that may take place. All ticket purchases are delivered right away via email so you can purchase tickets up to 4 hours prior to the start of the game. Just browse our listings and purchase the Denver Nuggets tickets that you want. We'll e-mail your tickets to you via ticketFast®.

How do I buy tickets from the Denver Nuggets Prime Seat Club TicketExchange?
All tickets available on the Denver Nuggets Prime Seat Club TicketExchange website are posted by Denver Nuggets Season Ticket Holders. To purchase tickets:
1. Browse all available tickets for the game you'd like to attend.
2. Select "View Listings" to see all available tickets for that particular game.
3. You may sort your listing by "Price," "Seats" or by the number of "Available Tickets".
4. Select the tickets you would like to purchase and proceed through checkout.
5. The original tickets are cancelled and you will be issued new tickets by e-mail via ticketFast®. If you don't see the tickets you want, check back often for new postings.

What is the cost of membership for the Denver Nuggets Prime Seat Club TicketExchange?
Each membership costs $50 and allows you to purchase one seat (per game) for the 2007-2008 season. The limit is 4 memberships per person to give all members an increased chance at obtaining tickets. Memberships in this exclusive club are limited, so be sure to enroll today before the membership cap is imposed!

Do I have to pay any fees to use this service?
Yes. In addition to paying a price for the ticket, the fees associated will include an authentication and ticketFast® delivery fee. You may also pay additional fees that may be reflected during the purchase process or that may be included in and deducted from the listing price of the ticket.

How will my tickets be delivered?
All tickets will be delivered electronically via ticketFast® - Your tickets will be e-mailed to you as a PDF attachment. This allows you to print your tickets from any standard printer with Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 (free).

What if I do not receive my tickets?
If your tickets are not e-mailed to you or you cannot view the tickets attached to the e-mail, log in and visit the "My Tickets" section of the Denver Nuggets Prime Seat Club TicketExchange. You will be able to locate your past orders and e-mail the tickets to the e-mail address associated with your account.

Can I return my tickets if I change my mind?
All ticket sales are final - no returns, refunds or exchanges.

What happens if the event is rescheduled, postponed or cancelled?
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the Denver Nuggets or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the performers, players, other personnel or staff or the audience. If this occurs, please check the Denver Nuggets website for instructions on the status of your tickets.
