Quincy Miller's Summer League Diary: What A Start!

Denver forward checks in from Las Vegas

Hey again, everybody. Just got back from our first game, and I have to tell you, it feels great checking in after a big win!

It was a fun game and we played well on both ends of the court. We got a little tired there in the third quarter, but at the end of the day, we finished the job and got the win we were looking for.

I feel like I played well today, but I’m much more excited about our team’s performance and how everyone stepped up and executed all game long.

I’ve got to say that I’m real proud of Gary Harris and the show he put on today in his first ever Summer League game. He came out gunning and making shots from the beginning, and he never let up.

From the top to the bottom, everyone contributed and everyone was on the same page and it was a great way to kick things off. I believe that we have a chance to be a very successful team down here and I’m already pumped up for tomorrow’s game against Chicago.

I would have loved to stick around and watch some more games and see all these young, hungry players compete, but it’s time to get some rest so I’ll be able to go hard again tomorrow!
