The Denver Nuggets will face off against the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center tonight at 8:30 pm MST. This will be the first of two matchups between the teams in preseason; the second will be back in Canada on Sunday in Ontario.
Denver is coming off a victory against the Toronto Raptors on Monday, powered by Jusuf Nurkić’s 15 points and 10 rebounds. Rookie Jamal Murray had nine points.
After playing the Lakers this weekend, the Nuggets will head off to Lincoln, Neb. to face off against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Their first preseason game at home will be against the Golden State Warriors on Oct. 14.
