Offseason Q&A: Randy Foye

How was your summer?

I had a great summer. I did a lot of working out, a lot of different things.

What was your goal for the offseason?

My goal for the offseason was to try to get better every day, no matter what it took.

Do you think you achieved that?

Oh yeah, I definitely achieved it. I could tell by how I’m moving, how I’m shooting, how I’m handling the ball as we speak right now.

What did you improve on the most?

I think I improved on my ball-handling. I had a guru, I would say, come in, and work with me for a week, just on different things. I took those things and I’m transferring them over. Every day pitching twenty minutes routine I did before in my workouts.

How did your workout go today?

My workout was good. Got some weights in, got some skill work in, and played 5-on-5.

What are you focusing on before training camp?

Just trying to go in as relaxed as possible and try to have a successful training camp.
