TRAINING CAMP ROSTER NOW STANDS AT 19 PLAYERS
Nuggets Sign Sobral to Training Camp Roster
DURANGO, Oct. 3 -- The Denver Nuggets signed F Jefferson Sobral to their training camp roster, team Vice President of Basketball Operations Mark Warkentien announced today. Before joining the Harlem Globetrotters in December 2005, Sobral played in six contests for the Idaho Stampede where he averaged 4.7 ppg, 3.2 rpg and 1.0 apg. While at Idaho he was coached by former Nuggets and current Colorado 14ers Head Coach Joe Wolf. The Nuggets began their 2006-07 training camp today in Durango, Colorado and their training camp roster now sits at 19 players.
