Greetings from beautiful Spain
Hey, Nuggets Nation. As you may have heard, I’m out in Spain taking part in NBA 3X. It’s a cool 3-on-3 competition for boys and girls ages 10 and up.
After doing some touring around Valencia on Friday, it was all basketball on Saturday. I watched the competition, signed autographs and took pictures with everyone. There were even some people in Nuggets jerseys. I guess I had a couple fans out here.
I also got to check out the Lords of Gravity. They’re an amazing trampoline dunk team that could give SuperMascot Rocky a run for his money.
My body is finally adjusting to the time difference here in Europe, and I’m planning to watch Game 6 of the Western Conference finals. The game doesn’t start until 2:30 a.m. here in Spain, but that’s not a problem. People go out a lot later here and it’s not unusual to stay up until 8 a.m.
I think Oklahoma City is going to take Game 6 and push the series back to San Antonio. Every games been a blowout so far, but I think that will change in Game 7.
Thanks for following my trip to Spain. See you back in the States!
