DENVER, June 14, 2012 – Led by 2011-12 NBA All-Rookie First Team selection Kenneth Faried and teammates Jordan Hamilton and Julyan Stone, the Denver Nuggets will open their NBA Summer League schedule on July 14 against the Golden State Warriors.

The Nuggets, who will be coached by longtime assistant Chad Iske, will play five games over a seven-day span in Las Vegas. In addition to the Warriors, Denver will face Dallas, New York, Charlotte and Portland.

The Nuggets have participated in Las Vegas since 2004 and have compiled a 23-11 record over that stretch. Their .676 winning percentage ranks second among teams who have played more than 10 games in the league’s seven-year history.

Four out of Denver’s five games will be played at COX Pavilion, with the other being played at the Thomas & Mack Center against the Charlotte Bobcats on June 19.

Altitude Sports & Entertainment will cover all available games, with an added 30 minutes of studio coverage before and after each game. A full broadcast schedule will be released at a later date.
