"The thing we didn’t do tonight is get a win. Other than that I thought our basketball team played extremely well. I was very pleased with the team effort, both offensively and defensively. We moved the basketball, and rebounded well. We did a lot of things well enough that if we played teams other than Sacramento, or one or two other teams we would have had the win. Chris Webber is a great player, and great players can make and create shots to win games."

Williams

"People are playing to show that they belong. People are playing because that is our job. Our job is to go out and perform every night. That’s all you can concentrate on. Basketball is the greatest game, and the lord has given us the opportunity to perform. You never feel good about not winning, and that’s a point blank period. We’re not out here for motivation. We’re out here to win each and every night. If there is anything positive about playing, people know their not going to have a cake walk."

"Chris Webber is a great all around player. He can take you from outside and inside. Chris is a great player. In my opinion Chris Webber is great. I don’t care what other people think about him. He makes his team better. He’s unselfish. I think he had ten assists tonight. He rebounds, and does it all. He’s perfect for the style that the Kings play."

Adelman

"Give Denver tremendous credit. They really played well. They shot the ball well, moved the ball, found each other. They gave us a lot of problems. Luckily, we stayed with it and made a couple shots down the stretch. It took a huge play to win it. I give them a lot of credit with the way they played. If we keep winning and Dallas loses another one, we have a good shot at catching them. I was just trying to see if we could get a win. We don’t know who we’re going to play in the playoffs, we just have to worry about ourselves. We have the game against Utah and we will see how that goes."

Webber

"It was a play were Mike (Bibby) and I like to play off each other, just see what opportunities we get. I had Vlade (Divac) cutting through the lane and should have passed the ball to him early. If I would have seen him first I would have passed it to him, but I just tried to scoop it and see what shot I could get at the end. What I’m noticing this year is that guys are anticipating my moves better. I’m having to react quickly and go the opposite way. I can pass the ball well and I like to use my teammates."

Stojakovic

"It was a big win tonight. We came back and Chris (Webber) hit the big shot. We didn’t have a good night though, starting last night with the Lakers game. Tonight was kind of a slow game. It may be because we know we’re division champions and we have the second spot. I think we have a good shot of getting home court advantage over Dallas."
